Syria will not be a unitary state. Syria's fragmentation is driven by internal ethnic splits and by external players such as Turkey, Iran and Iraq.  Syria is descending into internal conflict. But any power configuration is going to be anti-Iranian. Iran will be deprived of its ability to fund, supply and control its proxies. That sets the timing for then next mega Israel-Iran conflict.  Iran will accelerate becoming a nuclear armed state.  And Israel will not stand for it.  The timing of the conflict is moved forward to 2025.  The report set out the reasons why.
